  Interesting place. They insist on having your social security number prior to having any conversation about their plans and features. Nobody in the store could show me what exactly they are offing. And it looks as they don't even care what you want, because talking to them was the same as talking to a brick wall. I understand, they work for almost nothing, but I'd still expect a higher level of service than what I've got. Result: - over an hour of wasted time; - 0 answered questions; - their prices were much higher than what they promise online; - "soft" credit check, which takes out 2 points off your credit score and makes you look bad to the lenders .... AVOID!!!!

  Horrible! The salesmen Kylon dishonest, whatever you said and promise on the price quote paper is totally different what you sign on tablet, lie after lie keep you stay on return period, so he can get the commission from your account, after the return period, can't do anything about it,. end up paid lot more on the monthly bill and get out from Sprint. If you decide to there, prepared to walk away with disappointed and remorseful.
