  My friend and I went in there for sizing recently. Shan was super helpful! Not only could she tell from the first measurement what our sizes were, she patiently helped us browse through the entire store and custom catalog until we found styles that we loved, EVEN THOUGH she knew we weren't ready to buy yet. She never gave us attitude like at the other jewelry stores in the mall (don't go to Kay!). Zales has pretty large and various selections, whether you have a small budget or skin allergies or want a special design.
